ZERO Customer Service and no accountability for delayed orders. This company is unfortunately the provider for custom fabric for Joann Fabrics. There was no communication to Joann Fabrics regarding a recent system change that delayed order processing for (who knows how long) when Joann customers expected orders within a week. I say delayed, but I never received my product. I placed an order on December 29th. On Jan 7th, VFF provided a FAKE tracking number and packing slip to Joanns to give to me. Joanns then opened an investigation. I was charged on January 18th received FR certificates and was told that my order was processing. It was not. During this time, Joanns refused refund my money. As a small business owner, the lack of reliability and having my funds tied up was damaging to my season's sales. After fighting with Joanns I was finally able to get a refund (supposedly) but there has yet to be any accountability from this company except a placating message that they were changing systems to deliver better customer service -anyone else see the irony here.
My purchase issue is with Joanns, but Valley Forge not only lied about the order, they also didn't deliver a product. Companies wishing to use VFF as a vendor should take note, this is so much more than one small business owner not getting an order. The fake tracking number, lack of communication (to myself AND to Joann Fabrics) and lack of accountability signals deep leadership failings.
