I'm a single mom with 4 children, and we've been left to live in a fire hazard for over 70 days. The breaker melted to the pedestal, and we lost power to half of our home. Recently, the pedestal exploded, and we lost all power, so we were forced out of our home completely. It's costing me around $200/day in expenses, that I don't have being low income and on food stamps. They are only offering $13.33/day reimbursement for my expenses. I'm not the only family they are doing this to.

Took a min to get into the groove of what is allowed here at this trailer park but then had a few problems if a person pays for lot and they have there own unit and pay for all bills seperate from rent why is the.amount the same for last yr there were two people in this spot before I moved in to it and was a full size trailer so water sewer would not be the same as they would use it should be cheaper so why is it I'm getting charge as if I was two people I beleave I. Be hear I pay for extra water sewer and I buy my own gas and power but they have never said that you have people there be cause your power is rising up

They are not a clean park. Hoarders live there but according to park rules nothing is to be stored or put outside. I never actually moved in due to my would be neighbors and their offspring. They kept a deposit and a pet deposit even though I ever moved in. Just had my travel trailer parked for 4 days.

I lived there from 1980 to 1986. Kind of a dated review, I know, but it was an absolutely miserable experience. A horrible park in a horrible part of town. These days I drive by once in a while to check out the tall palm tree my mother planted in the space 19 yard where we lived, and it appears as if it's even worse than when I lived there.

My sister in law lives here. Its hidden and very quite at night. I would definitely recommend valle vista especially if your just starting out renting.
