This is my first time visiting Valencia Cyclery and I’m very impressed. We were helped by Nathan, who was super helpful and gave us really good suggestions. He helped me pick out the right bike as a beginner rider, installed the seat padding, and added a few other accessories. He even had the bike ready before the end of the day—super quick, easy, and painless. Overall, just a really great experience. I’d definitely recommend Valencia Cyclery, especially for beginners like me. Will be telling friends and family for sure!

We were looking for bikes for our children. Valencia Cyclery has an amazing selection, different price points. We were able to find two bikes and also found a great deal on a bike for my husband. The sales people there are highly knowledgeable and are able to help show you different bikes and give you a chance to test ride each of them. Bought a Giant mountain bike. Said I needed something reliable to commute. Frame broke in less than a month. Chain kept falling off. Total junk. Save your money and buy quality at a different store.

Great selection and they're able to order what they currently don't have in stock. The real key is the quality of their salespeople. I spent almost two hours picking out and designing my new bike, and they were there with me to brainstorm throughout. I've been going there since the mid 90's, will be coming back for my next bike.

I used to come here when i lived in the b neighborhood, but had not had to since I moved away to the peninsula.

Yesterday i was riding over to my friend's house from work when my back derailleur started skipping and my chain started derailing.

The staff there gave me exceptional service, from diagnosis to reassembly to adjusting the Di2 to NOT shaming me for having reassembled my derailleur myself (wrongly) after cleaning it.

I'm so impressed with them, their knowledge, their speed and ability to accommodate me. I'm riding back home to San Jose today and really needed my bike in working order.

I ordered the army green 4130 from State Bicycle Company. I took it to the crew at Valencia Cyclery to have it assembled by professionals. I took it over early on Saturday October 3rd, 2020. Cory and his guys assembled the ride that same day. I was so impressed with the customer service of all of the VC family in the shop and the showroom, that I also purchased a Brooks B-17 saddle for the my bike on the spot. I’m sorry I took so long to thank all you guys at Valencia Cyclery for the awesome experience of being a customer of your business. I’ve been a little too busy enjoying the ride you assembled for me!
