Incredible find! Miller set me on the straight and narrow with meat selection amount per person, along with some epic T-shirts! Not your typical butcher shop, super clean upscale and absolutely beautiful cuts of meat.

V. Miller Meats has changed my life. They are hands down the best butcher. They have friendly service with expert opinions and excellent recommendations. Parking can be tight, often have to find parking on a side street. We like to get their sausages, steaks and pork chops. On Sundays they have breakfast sandwiches and they are incredible. Some like to say the price is high, but frankly you get what you pay for and in my opinion it is well worth the cost and then some.

The BEST meats in the Sacramento area. I drive 30 minutes from Folsom twice a month because they have an amazing variety of delicious & fresh cuts! Plus, their dog treats are a fun favorite for my pup!!!

The store is a little on the smaller side but don’t let it fool you, they have a lot of options. Especially for dry aged lovers like myself. The prices are a little on the high side for the dry aged but it’s what you expect for a premium cut like that. Highly recommend.

Wish I could remember the guys name who helped me on Saturday. I got a few things I'm familiar with smoking / BBQ ing. I also bought for my Dad, a 107$ Dry aged Porter House. I was told to do a reverse sear. 115 degrees then sear it to my flavor. Rest 20 min. This meat was PERFECT PERFECT. Dad was happy. It was so good. Thank you !
