I’ll give them 3 stars- not much room to work with in the dock area, although they will offer to assist with spotting you if it’s needed so you won’t hit anything while backing- lots of junk all over the place where you back into the dock. I arrived first thing in the morning, docked right away, wasn’t too awful long before they started unloading my trailer. Anticipate a couple hours to be unloaded and on your way. I took one star of the review due to the fact that there are no restrooms available for truck drivers. I took one star because they don’t allow overnight parking either. Over all though, not a bad experience here.

I need explanation how this should be mounted? I can’t find any bolt and it doesn’t seem like it was welded? Should I use gorilla glue?

Trailer quality is sucks ..... paying 36k for trailer got all scratched up brand new thing ... with bubble on the side .....

Had to deliver a load of trailer parts here, and the guard just tells me to pull around back and theyll unload me. I pull around and there is no one around so i walk back to the gaurd shack to confirm someone knows im here. They said to go inside to the office. I informed him there is not an office back there. They said “oh, ive never really been back there, i just assumed it was there.” Turns out the shipping/receiving office is in a completely different building. Then everyone just went home (shift change) and i talked to a yard dog who said itll be several hours before they unload me. Nice…

I delivered a load of tires here, not sure what time they open I was told 8 a.m. but there was trucks there before me of course took some about an hour per truck maybe ian hour and 15 minutes.

Had a 11 am appointment. Pulled me straight into a dock as soon as I entered the gate and 2 min after backing into the dock, I am getting unloaded. Not even here 20 minutes. In & out. Great job. I would definitely come back. Great job UTM.

very bad organization of workers, the worker at the entrance is very unprofessional. I've been looking for my trailer for 2 hours in the wrong place. I wish I hadn't come at all
