I arrived 35 minutes early for a biometrics appointment but was told very rudely by the security guard outside that persons are not allowed in the building until your exact appointment time. Once inside it took us approximately one (1) hour and twenty-five (25) minutes just waiting in line to be called for the actual finger print process which isn't even five (5) minutes long. The wait time here is horrible but the employees on the inside was very friendly and seems like they was trying to hurry the process along. The facility is also very clean and well maintained.

This week I accompanied a relative to his interview and we left very upset because the first question the African-American officer with the red wig asked him was what country he was from? Once my relative said he was from Cuba, the officer made a derogatory and mocking comment due to a prior incident that had happened that day in that office with other Cubans. Despite having answered all the questions asked, he evidently failed the exam because it was clear from minute one what was going to happen.

This review is about the older black woman which all the other low reviews mention.

My boyfriend had his citizenship ceremony today and I went to support. He also had his interview at this location and his interviewer was this lady who was very rude and condescending. He told me that he was much more upset about this awful staff member than excited about passing the test. This woman is absolutely appalling and proved it to me today in person when she was treating an older woman trying to register to vote with attitude, disregard and absolute disgrace. It seems that the rest of the staff let this behavior slide and even encouraged it for their own entertainment. This facility needs to work on hiring BETTER people that can atleast pronounce the word “withheld” (she couldn’t even pronounce it correctly during his interview).

I really hope she gets fired because she does not represent “freedom” at all. Really hope she shoves it honestly.

Everyone was nice but I’m giving one star due to the rudeness of the lady that checks you when you go through the detector, she ask why are you here I said I am the interpreter for my brother who is already inside , she replied very sarcastic “the interpreter is supposed to be here with them not after “ I replied I don’t live with them, I don’t understand why the comment had to be said.. very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!

The security and staff here are so mean and unprofessional. They’re incredibly hostile to the point where I was brought to tears and felt unsafe. Every staff member I spoke to gave me conflicting instructions about where to go and who to speak to, and when I tried to explain what the person had said before to each person I was sent to, they just cut me off and raised their voice and said “well this is what I’m telling you now!”, despite my attempts to explain what had be said to me prior. Really nasty experience overall. Such a shame as well because immigration and visas can be such an emotional experience for many, and all of the staff here did everything in their ability to make it as painful of a journey as possible. I really hope whoever is in authority here takes time to read these reviews and take action, because a business with staff and employees like these is not a safe place to be as a customer.

My biometrics appt went extremely well. Officer was very friendly. The entire appt took under 30 min.
I returned 6 weeks later for my final interview. It was very busy. But the officer who did interview was extremely friendly. She helped me understand how to conform the oath of citizenship to my personal religious beliefs. And I was surprised to find out I was being sworn in as a US citizen that afternoon. I with about 25 other immigrants took the oath. Entire process from application to end was 10 weeks. So happy it's accomplished ( I been living in US for 18 yrs coming in on a K1 visa).
Kudos to the officers who had to announce all the varied ethnic names!!
