Positive experience for my biometrics for Canada visa. We arrived little earlier to our appointment time, we were invited in and was processed immediately. It took about 10 minutes for two people to complete the biometrics. Refer to the photos for timings

Very friendly and professional service. I went there to see if they would allow me to get my fingerprints early. The lady at the front was very helpful and processed my paperwork/fingerprints quickly. They were not very busy.

The Asian Chinese guy was racist towards my mom and others that was there. He didn't even clearly explain the purpose of the sticker that was affixed to the back of my mom's green card so we came back to ask and he threat us by saying "Would you like me to take back the sticker?" If I could report him or rate him on his service I definitely would. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

terrible customer service. condescending and rude. Worried about covid when own workers we’re not wearing mask. One had bare feet out and didn’t sanitize hands.
