US CABINETS AND DESIGN
THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT SHOWS UP I DAY WITH I PERSON TO WORK ONCE EVERY 2 TO 3 WEEKS! LEAVE MATERIALS EVERYWHERE. NEVER FINISH WHAT THEY START.
THREE MONTHS OF NO STOVE SINK OVEN COUNTER TOP....THEN HIRE THEM!!!!
AND THEY LEFT ALL THE LEFTOVER MATERIALS THAT DID NOT EVEN GO WITH MY KITCHEN ON MY CARPORT AND A 100 POUND SINK IN THE FLOOR IN MY DINING AREA!!!

Still waiting for the refund for the kitchen faucet we paid for but never received. Over a year now. And let's not forget some of the handles that are falling off because the screws are too short.Actually ran into Chase in a local restaurant and inquired about the refund but...still nothing.

Edit: This business replied to my review stating it is fake because I, the reviwer, do not exist in their records, which is only partly true. My BF signed the contract, not me; however, my review stands. The faucet was paid for as part of the contract and that part of the money paid was never refunded. We had to purchase a faucet separately so we could use the sink. This happened in 2023.

This is the worst company to work with our first problem was our spice cabinet was broken and had a footprint on the box that fell off the pallet. Second of all the material they used was not what we were told was being used. We told we were told the whole thing was solid wood. Now we are 3 months into the project and we're still missing two drawer fronts that were supposed to be sent to us. This is the third time they were the wrong size. We have been working with the designer who has been phenomenal but we still can't get our kitchen done 3 months into the project

Tyrone Salazar and I worked via text after I inquired about cabinets on Facebook. He has been very prompt and responsive to every question and is very knowledgeable about his products. We finally met on the phone today to finalize a cabinet order and inquiry regarding tile and I found him to be very nice and personable. I highly recommend Tyrone Salazar for all your cabinet and flooring needs!

After months of waiting, we still are no further along in our kitchen remodel. Cabinetry has been in my garage almost 3 months. Can't or won't get the necessary building permit to complete the window project needed in order to install cabinets. Have cut all ties with this company. Poor communication and worse customer service. They still owe us $3000.
