Placed an order on Thursday of last week item was to be delivered. Yesterday I went to the parcel box noticing that a package was not delivered a package of a different resident was delivered so it’s safe to assume that the mail carrier screwed up the delivery, I sent an email yesterday stating that a trace on the package needed to be initiated by the shipper as USPS and most other shipping companies will not allow the receiver to trace the packages and UPS sent an email back disregarding what my email had to state, making the assumption that the package was just not delivered yet or that I’m looking in the wrong box so I called this morning and was met with less than professionalism by the manager not a great way for a first order, I understand UPR has no control over the mis delivery of the package, however once they were informed by a customer that a package is missing or Mis delivered they should show some kind of concern. And not act as if the customer has never received a package before , it seems like because they already got their money and shipped out the package so they are good on their end and have no worries on if the customer received what they paid for! Do better

I recently had a problem with my K-Member. I contacted UPR and talked to Steve. He asked for a few pictures. They covered it under warranty. The parts came quickly. I will install next week. Fast customer service with no hassle. I highly recommend UPR Products.

Brian can be more professional on the phone. I just called to ask a benign question. Near the end of our call, he says sarcastically, "Uh huh..." then slams the phone.

Tried multiple times to use their “ask an expert” service on the website. Says they respond within 24-48 hours and i never once got a response. Also tried emailing and still received no response. Good luck if you have any questions for them because they will not answer.

I want to give a shout out to UPR thank you for taking the time to answer my questions yesterday about the vented UPR catch can on my mustang the customer service at this company is primo and the people are very kind and I didn't buy anything but they took the time out to help me with my questions definitely will be using them in the future thanks again man

Buyer beware!! Don't get fooled by the cheaper prices. Their products, while looking nice, fit terribly. There is no transparency on the website about all the issues you will face during installation. A quick internet search will show all the issues with their substandard parts.
And as a side note, while in communication with "customer support", I was told to try going fishing to help. Like that's gonna get my car back together.
They also won't post any negative reviews on the products. Nothing strange going on there.
