I purchased ribs, sausage, hamburger, beef roast, and steaks. Meat is high quality. Items are easy to find and service to check out was efficient. Sausage, steaks and roast were very good after I cooked them.

The girl working there was very nice. But they are expensive in my opinion. Especially most of the meat was frozen and I prefer fresh meat when purchasing meat products. Have not eaten anything from there,so please know that I can not commit on the actual meat.

Boston Butt that I have been roasting for six hours. I didn't know this place was here until I Googled it. Only open one day a week but there was still a good number of stuff available at 2pm when I was there.

My first visit after several years of wanting to go was excellent. Everyone was friendly, prices were just 1 or 2 dollars higher than big box stores but id always pay more to support local products. I was there apt 9:30 and mostly everything was still in stock. I will defintely be returning.

All their meat is aged and excellent.
Only open to the public on Fridays and, because of the quality and price, they are pretty much picked clean by 2-3:00.
Whatever you do, don't buy the Minute Steaks because I buy every one they have, pound them out, season them with Bad Byron's Butt Rub, quick-sear them and vacuum pack them for the best roast beef sandwiches I've ever had!

This place is incredible. The food is fresh and delicious, they have a nice variety of products, and the staff is super friendly. It feels great to know the meat my family is eating was grown right now the road and that the money we spend there is going back into our community.
