Had a very positive experience with this company! The owner himself responded to my email request for a status update, and the cushion arrived in less than a week from my initial order. It was securely packed, well-made and just exactly right for my favorite chair! I will not hesitate to order from them again should the need arise.

The pillows I ordered are very well made and to the correct size, but unfortunately the place to pick up in person is soo filthy, there was garbage everywhere. Please clean it up, it is not pleasant to go. These pillows go into people's home and need a clean environment.

I ordered three sofa cushions on 11/30 and by 12/09 they were delivered (from FL to CA). I submitted my order online. I recommend watching the videos on the firmness, etc. The video helped me make my decision on the type of cushion I wanted/needed. The cushions are clean and the perfect size for my sofa. Measure the cushion covers!! Shipping was expensive, but I didn’t mind paying shipping because the cushions are reasonably priced. I don’t know how long they will last, but I would buy from United Pillow Manuf./CushionsXpress again!

My spine is crushed. In 2012 I had to have a two level cervical fusion (my lumbar spine crushes aren’t fixed yet). After my 2012 surgery, it became evident that my pillows were crucial to not suffering pain.

I’m so impressed by the extraordinary service I’ve received over almost a decade. I’ve purchased several pillows (goose down) with different levels of fill. At times, I’ve tried different fills. Every time I call, I speak to the same person (Elizabeth), and the same person heads up the warehouse.

I found this company in a digest which said this company makes pillows for other companies (wholesale), though they also sell direct. I’m mystified about some of the negative reviews because I’ve had extraordinary service! I’m beyond grateful for the help Elizabeth and the workers have given me for my health (and pain load). One thing that might help is I don’t just rely on my phone call; I follow up with instructions via snail mail. I do this as I know when I worked, little things like this can help.

I hope United Pillow owners know what an asset Elizabeth and the workers in the warehouse are. (Their manager starts with a M, I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name).

I ordered my pillows months ago. I then received an email saying they were working on my order. 3 weeks later I get another email saying they are out of material and only 1 was made. I said then send me one and I will wait on the other. Still nothing. Months later. Still haven't gotten my ordered items. Its now going into November. Avoid this company at all costs. Its a scam business.

I ordered cushions in a specific height, width and length. They got 2 of the 3 measurements wrong and the $135 cushions are too big for my couch covers. Fail. I cannot get them to answer the phone and their chat is never working.
