Solid pricing and everything is in stock. They deliver. More expensive than IKEA but less than most other places. And no assembly! Also, they have an original Steven King Tommyknockers hardcover on a shelf. I want that thrown in to my purchase

Please NEVER buy at this store! The manager here is very rude and arrogant. The sofa I bought is defective and they refused to offer free repair even if the contract said one year warranty. This is totally unacceptable and doesn't make sense. I would suggest anyone that want to have a pleasant experience stay away from this store. What's more, the furniture here are all low quality and will broken in a very short period of time. And I think that's why they only have 3 days free exchange policy.

This is a total unbias review. I purchased a king size bed online and changed my mind. The store staff changed my order and made great suggestions on the color as well, so I wouldn't have to replace my existing nightstands. The delivery was incredibly fast and smooth. My new bed is sturdy solid and beautiful just great quality! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend!

My wife and I purchased an Ashley's king size bed frame (very good quality) through Johnny in the Cupertino store. We compared prices against Ramos Furniture and Furniture Outlet in Santa Clara as well as other store and they offered the best price. Delivery was fast (one week) and set up was very professional. We could not asked for more. Everything was done right at the first time!!!

Totally disastrous experience! Do not go here.
We ordered a sofa here about 5 weeks back. The promised delivery date was a few days back. I called them to get an update around that time. They said something like "we have moved the manufacturing base to another country and it will take some more time, we cannot say anything for sure". We had no choice at this stage than to cancel the order.
Not delivering on time is already poor customer service. But worse, they did not inform us till the last minute. We could have just found another store instead of wasting for 5 weeks.
