I installed two welded doors on my farms screen room. The quality was extremely important to me as farms take a lot of abuse and these doors will need to hold up to people, dogs, barn cats, bad weather, storm damage and more. I've had these doors installed for well over a year now and they have held up amazingly and look brand new. Highly recommend the products!

This is an open letter to the owner and management of this and its allied businesses. It is open because I've found no clear way to contact management. As is noted my experience left me feeling that this business did not honor wholesale pricing. Hurricane gouging? Bait and switch? I can't say but it's clear there was no forthright effort made to serve our business. I've have to make other plans and cannot recommend business with this company.

To the owner/management:

I'd like your attention on an order that I am trying to pick up on Wednesday October 12th.

Last week I called Renate at Ultra (who has been very pleasant) and told about about four seabreeze doors that were in stock which I needed immediately. So far so good.

To finalize our trade account and order, I was asked to complete a dealer application and was told each door costs $460 (MEMORIALIZED IN OUR TELEPHONE TRANSCRIPT). To be clear I'm the owner of a licensed real estate company that is in the middle of a project at one of our properties. We need these four doors immediately while our crews are at a critical installation point. So there is an urgency.

I completed and submitted application detailing our license and company information. Since this will be a C.O.D. order I'm not seeking a credit account.

I was sent an order acknowledgment that detailed these doors would be priced at $840 each or over $3,500 for four. Naturally I was expecting the lower trade price. I was just told that Ultra was not processing applications for trade accounts at this time due to the increased demand from hurricane Ian even though I started this process last week before this news.

Can you help me with this? I'm still prepared to drive two and a half hours each way to pick up the four doors tomorrow.

You know what, I love it there. Those people know how to get me in and out in a jiffy!! Also they have no problem with fulfilling special requests. For example, if you don't want your material prices shown to the people you sent to get them, they have no issue blind that person when they sign for it!!!

Worst company to deal with. They told me they could sell me sheets of aluminum mesh for a totally different industry. I drive three hours to buy some only to be told they won’t sell it to me because they think I am going to make screen doors. Not my industry. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time. I’ll just get it from China myself.
