Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. My truck was tinted 20 years ago and they honored the warranty with no questions. We brought our Grandsons car in for window tint and they did a excellent job. They even gave him a 1st car discount! I highly recommend them for all your auto accessorie needs.

Excellent work and very fast! Had them match the tint on the rear windows to the front driver and passenger, and add a visor strip.
Resonable prices as well! Emailed me the warranty info, I feel good to go for life.

We are very pleased with the service of this business. Chris had installed a Stealth hidden hitch on our SUV, and he did a super job in little time. The hidden hitch key was misplaced thru no fault of Underglass and Chris immediately called the Stealth Hitch company and had them send the hitch key to us within 2 days, at no charge. Nice clean little shop, Chris and Sheila are most friendly and very competent. So pleased with our new hitch. Thank you both so much!!

Called last minute to schedule my car on the next business day after Christmas. Chris and Gary were able to fit me in and quickly tint the car. Went with Crystalline Film due to its great ability to reject UV, no more hot seats. Got my 3M warranty, Gary taped the power window buttons, and the glass looks great.

I had Underglass tint the windows on my new Camry. Chris and the crew were very knowledgeable, and we settled on a plan which would keep the car cool and be legal. I planned to put the speed pass near the rear view and we discussed that. I was concerned about the weight of the pass pulling the tint off as the area has the dots on the windshield and that creates a risk of bad adhesion of the tint. The plan was to go 1/4" into the dots and leave the rest for the pass.

The photo shows what the job looked like when I got the car back. I tried to work with Chris to have it done as we discussed, but I did not feel that he wanted to cooperate. He graciously offered to remove the windshield tint and give me a refund.

The rest of the car windows look excellent. I will be having the windshield redone by another shop.

The windows look good. No bubbles. However, they had bad news for me. My side mirror was broken......Not by them. Funny, it was fine when I backed out of garage to go there. My mirrors fold in when car turns off and folds out when car starts. Lincoln shop stated someone pushed mirror manually or it was hit. ?
