Don't rent any uhauls from this location. The manager does not understand how the process works and made it a total nightmare, couldn't get my truck in time, and then when I tried to speak to her about a discount, she got combative and hunt up on me. Terrible customer service.

When I reserved a trailer online I was promoted to rent a storage unit from the same place. I had been looking into storage options and found the prices to be high. Through the U-Haul website I was offers 1 free month of storage and the best rate of all the others I had already called.

My son and husband have had storage units here for a long time. The manager does a great job of managing. She keeps a good watch while being friendly and helpful. And we know our stuff is safe. I know other mini storage places that have been broken into. That would never happen here. It's nice to have an onsite manager.
