So what started out bad , Manager Robert fixed i appreciate his help and so does my 88year old friend who I was able to go get her Christmas stuff out of storage tons of Christmas. My original complaint was from 10/24/24 No one not one employee bothered to come make sure the rental worked properly. The locks on the cargo van Didn't work. Manager Robert saved the Day. I'm correcting my previous review. I appreciate Roberts help. 10/25/24. I'm satisfied as 10/26/24 Again Robert saved the Day. Thank you so much. What great customer service from Robert.

Interacted with a total of 5 people over the course of time doing pricing and later the actual rental. Each person more incredible than the other. Outstanding helpful, informative, nice and made this soooo smooth and easy for me.
The truck was clean and in excellent condition. I will definitely return if another occasion warrants it.
Highly recommend this location. Five stars all the way around.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a 9:00am hitch installation. I was here at 8:28 It is 12:28 and they are STILL NOT DONE! While the guys at the front desk have been helpful, because 1 idiot decided to not show up to work today I have been waiting for 4+ hours. This is insanity!

Nothing, from the moment I walked in to this location I was greeted with friendly and efficient customer service! The reservation was completed within minutes. Returning the equipment was also friendly and efficient and the rental I used was clean, well maintained, and the ac was freezing cold! I will always use Uhaul for any of my future needs and will recommend family and friends to use Uhaul! Thank you!

The actual truck was fine, they have made an art out of adding “extra charges,” I have photo proof of fuel level at return and it’s over what I checked it out at, they added 2 gallons for 15.00 bucks hoping I wouldn’t put up a fight. And didn’t respond to emails or calls. The 2nd ““ extra charge was for a toll that they cannot provide photo proof of toll road was on or when it occurred for another $10 - liars and cheats!!

Nothing was wrong with the truck or initial service. However, upon trying to return at about 8:46pm 7/2/2021 the uhaul website would not allow me to return or complete the return the truck online since it was after hours. Hope they don't charge me cause I took pics of everything just in case. Keys were put into drop box and everything was clean and gas is filled.
