I am very pleased with the overall process. There was early confusion about the repairs needed (not a cracked screen, the camera failed after downloading 18.3) Repair person advised it was a software issue and directed me back to the Verizon store. I was assisted in contacting the warranty and replacement process. New phone arrived the next day. The transfer process was not smooth. Lost my first technician. The second one assisted because the non working camera required a manual transfer. Only 1/4 of my apps transferred. I have been manually moving the rest.

We started a repair claim at the local AT&T store and by the time we arrived, the friendly staff person took our information and checked in the phone. Told us to come back in an hour and it was done in an hour! Very helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend them.

Arrived at the earliest time window with good communication throughout. They were able to fix my cracked screen in 15 minutes. I am also a fan of them coming to me vs. me going to a shop, very convenient. The only thing I will say is if you have an iPhone be sure to read their instructions in their email, there are extra steps you have to follow in order for them to be able to fix your phone.

Very nice and professional team. I was impressed with their speed and that they had the part I needed (broken phone screen) in stock. Wonderful experience. I was even able to use their Wifi (on my computer) while waiting for my phone to be repaired.

They made an excellent repair of my phone, but the customer experience was lacking. What was originally quoted as a 90-minute repair took 4 days. There were some issues beyond their control, but my problem was they did not answer the business phone the couple of times I called to check prigress. They never contacted me when yet another timetable was delayed. The only reliable way to communicate was to physically go to the store, which I had to do 5 times. Staff was always pleasant and professional, but I got the feeling that they were not being completely fortwith about the situation.
