This is the worst place to buy CNC machines from. My mistake was trusting Charlie Espinal, U Tech’s seller. He told me U Tech had two CNC machines available so I bought them. The first issue was that it took 45 days for the machines to get delivered. The next issue was that it took an additional 20 days for someone to come and install the machines. The third issue was that one of the machines was missing its manual and USB recovery drive.

The first guy who came to install the machines had no idea what he was doing and I ended up having to help him. The second guy who showed up didn’t have the part needed to level one of the machines. Charlie ended up showing up that same day to try to resolve the ongoing issues. I told him that he should keep his side of the bargain and fix these issues that should not have been happening in the first place. Two other guys ended up showing up and just like the last two, they were unable to install the machines and they ended up breaking an old machine port with their forklift. At this point I told Charlie to take back the machines and keep 40% (of which I have already paid in full) and refund me 60% which is generous considering all the headaches this company has put me through. I have not received a response in weeks and they have not brought me the part needed to get the machines working nor fixed the old machine port they broke.

Take my advice and stay away from this company. They are dishonest, non responsive, and extremely unprofessional.

We had a Spindle on our new machine go bad which was under warranty and UTECH was able to get a new spindle shipped to us quickly and had 2 technicians out the next day to remove damage spindle and replace with new one. They stayed with machine while it ran for a few hours and came out next morning to make sure all was good. Thank you for their support and a job well done.

I deal with Patrick Shaver at U Tech. They have a very friendly and helpful team there. Very responsive and knowledgeable! I have 30 CNC machines and never have to worry about downtime because of their experienced team of certified technicians.
