This property is AWESOME. Our teen daughters and nieces (as well as us parents) had an amazing time even in colder weather. The amenities were great- great gym, hot tubs, indoor pools, laundry, etc. Grocery delivery was easy and plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shops are nearby. Staff was so nice and helpful. Our condo was fabulous- spacious, comfortable, private, & well equipped with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

My family and I visited Orange Beach for a cheer competition over Spring Break 2025. We booked through Spectrum Resorts. We had a wonderful time, and Spectrum Guest are offered free breakfast in the owners lounge from 7-10am. The hot tub on the balcony was AMAZING! Highly recommend this place!

Every year for the past eight years we have spent two months at the Turquoise place in Orange Beach and loved it. Our condo was nice ,no real complaints. Vacasa, our rental agency has always been wonderful. The staff at the Turquoise have made it unlikely that we would stay there again. Security staff were awful, One of the entry gate personnel was extremely rude. However the worst was they check the hot tub everyday ,whenever they feel like it.. Morning , afternoon early evening. No schedule, no notice. On one occasion, my husband was in the shower, I walked into our kitchen wearing a t shirt and not much else, to see some random man walking down the hallway in our unit. That's not ok.!! He had been out on the balcony checking our tub, We don't usually have our drapes closed on the 22nd floor, and we had no idea or warning that he was out there. That invasion of our right to privacy will keep us from staying there again and prevent us from recommending it to anyone. It is no longer a friendly place to stay. When writing a review through Turquoise, they only allow positive reviews to be posted, so you don't get a true picture. There are some things I will miss , but it isn't the friendly place it used to be. We have a large network of friends down there and there are a lot friendlier places to stay.

This is my first time ever leaving a review, but I feel the need to after my family's experience. We rented a 4 bedroom condo for a family wedding and were excited to stay at Turquoise Place! The condo was great and very spacious; however, shortly after we arrived we discovered the condo directly above us was redoing tile floors. We were not notified before we arrived that this would be going on. We listened to jack hammering the entire time and none of the 4 kids staying with us (ages 7 months-5 years old) were even able to take naps. One of the kids was so scared of the noise she wouldn't even come into our condo and she had to go to another family member's condo. We could not even carry on convserattons with each other and a shower rod even fell off and hit one of us due to the work being done above us. We notified the front desk multiple times while we were there and nothing was offered to us. They simply said there was nothing they could do about construction between the hours of 9 am-5:30 pm Monday-Saturday. It was a terrible experience while we were there and has been even worse after we left due to the way we have been treated by Spectrum employees. Deb the "guest relations manager" has been very rude and unprofessional- even hung up on me! I sent an email to other Spectrum employees listed as "management" on their website and no one even replied. Not even an apology. Overall, the condo was very nice but terrible customer service that I would not recommend anyone have to experience, especially with what it costs to stay at Turquoise Place.

Turquoise is our favorite Orange Beach destination.
If you are lucky enough to visit Turquoise then I'd say you are lucky enough!

Fully appointed units with luxury finishes. Views cannot be topped. Most units have grille and hot tub on balcony. Spa tub and shower in master suite.
On site amenities are excellent, including very good food at Change of Pace, poolside restaurant.

Our Had our Wedding, Honeymoon and then our 1st Anniversary at Turquoise Place!

We simply Love this Place, it has become 'Our Place" Locally, to go! Our Room on the 23rd Floor.
We got Married on the Beach there in 2024 and went back for our First Anniversary this year 2025. When we went on our Wedding, The Resort, had not Acknowledge that there had been a Wedding and Honeymooning Couple there, However a Manager Realized it on our 5th day there, and Apologized and sent up Champagne and Parting Gifts to take home with us. We thought that was Very Thoughtful!
(My hubby misplaced her card, so I can't recall her name, but I Pray she sees this, if so, I want to say THANK YOU!!)

When we arrived there 4-26-25 It was still Just as Peaceful, Beautiful and With Awe-Inspiring Views as we Remembered! The Sunrise and Sunset views, are Simply Magical. We even got to see the BLUE ANGELS Fly By!!

We like to get the LARGE sweet... Well, because we simply Like to. Each stay was an 8 day stay, and it always seems To Fly By, but I guess Magical TIMES usually do. We even got to see the BLUE ANGELS FLY OVER!!

The rooms are Clean, Spacious, Nicely Decorated! While there, we are pretty much, in our Own World, until we Exit, as we Desire it!
Oh and I will Not to forget to share that The Resort is Simply Beautiful, with Many other Accommodations and Activities as well as a Friendly staff.

We plan on Making it a Yearly, even Maybe a couple of times a Year now, Same Room, Same Length of time!(Though we extended a day this stay LOL)
We were just in our Zone, but realized One day Extension would be enough, as we had to get back home!

We Found a Local Spot that we Plan to Revisit as Often as we can!

Love the location and loved the beach. The vacation club servicing the place we were staying was not good at all. As an owner of a vacation property, I would suggest that they change who they use. We called for something multiple times got told different answers oh yes, we’re coming on our almost there. Oh no, we can’t come tonight. I will come tomorrow. Oh we didn’t come. Oh we can’t come. Oh, we don’t even provide that. It was a bit of a zoo. A good vacation management company would’ve had all the answers easily. There are better places to stay where you can get service with the view and a good room.

Amazing Family Stay at C2305!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at C2305 with my family, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. One of the highlights was the extra rollaway bed, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Additionally, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, making our family time even more special. The location was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time together in this lovely space. I highly recommend C2305 for anyone looking for a great family getaway!
We will be back in September!!
