The young men did a GREAT job packing out my storage unit neatly and safely, and they were very nice and professional. But I honestly do not think this job should have taken the full 3 hours.

Also, my storage unit is only a 5x10 but they rented an oversized U-haul and the truck fee was $150.

My main complaint is how expensive they are. But the time it took to complete the job took longer than it should have especially coming from a company that specialize in moving kind of annoyed me.

If you do hire this company for moving keep these things in mind:
There will be a $150 truck fee, there is a $29 deposit, and whatever card you use for it will be the card they automatically draft from the full payment from once the job is completed. ADDITIONALLY there is a 3.5% credit card fee that will also be automatically drafted.

Copy and paste the terms and conditions into chat gpt and ask it to break down the agreement into a simpler explanation, and then decide if Tunj Control's terms align with your needs and expectations.

I had conversation with Kyle that was NOT so pleasant. Kyle is a young man with a successful business, and I understand that comes with it's own stresses. But there's always room for improvement. After conversing with him I can say that I wholeheartedly trust that his professionalism will improve with time and experience.

Again our conversation was pretty turbulent, but after familiarizing myself with Tunj's terms and conditions and because he was willing to actually talk it out with me, I WOULD be willing to work with Tunj Control again if need be. Assuming (pun intended) they'd accept me as a customer again.

Kyle and the other movers were very nice and professional and made sure that my roommate and I got everything moved. They are very strong and moved all the furniture with ease while being careful not to damage anything. If anyone needs help in the Birmingham area to move, I’d recommend Tunj Control!!

We had a new sectional couch that we just couldn’t get put together. Called and Kyle came out early the next morning. What we would have fought with for hours, he did in about 20 minutes. Very pleasant too.

THE BEST! I called very last minute for moving of heavy items and they were able to accommodate. Kyle and Kade were amazing! Very professional, courteous, and super nice. Also strong AF, because this dresser was a beast and they took it upstairs like it was nothing. Pricing was comparable. I will definitely hire again for future projects.
