One of our favorite wineries. While it’s a shame they no longer have the property on the creek, the tasting barn is lovely. The wine, as always, was outstanding.
Rex was great, and shared some new info about a couple of the wines that we didn’t know. We had a great time!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Truett Hurst Winery, and I must say, the tasting experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Clay, welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He guided us through a selection of their finest wines, and I was particularly impressed with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—both were outstanding and truly showcased the winery's dedication to quality.

The creativity behind their wine labels was also noteworthy; they reflect the passion and artistry that goes into their winemaking. After such an enjoyable experience, we couldn't resist signing up for a membership, and I’m eagerly looking forward to exploring more of their offerings in the future.

Truett Hurst has a tasting Room close to Central healdsburg.
This is definitely a tasting that you don't want to miss!
And if you can, get Rex to serve you! He's the one you want.
His knowledge of wine and the winemaking process is vast, and he's very passionate about wines and it's nuanced.
Best wine (for my pallet) was the Dark Horse GPS.
The petite Sarah was also amazing.

Fantastic seating area, with comfortable couches and chairs, perfect for a relaxing tasting.

TLDR: Truett Hurst, Rex, Dark Horse GPS. You'll be glad you went

Natalie, Karina, and Rex did an AMAZING job taking care of us on our visit to their wine tasting barn this past Saturday. As always, their hospitality and customer service was a TWELVE (on a scale of 1-10). They reminded us that Truett Hurst is a FAMILY - NOT a location. On top of that, their wines are always AMAZING. Become a Wine Club member TODAY! It’s well worth all of the extra perks.

Wonderful pickup event in May 2025. Thoughtfully set up and laid out with wonderful wine educators at each station to talk about the wines and each food pairing. Well done!
