We bought a John Deere tractor here in 2020. We were told by their salesperson Don the tractor guy whose face and number are on our tractor, that when we needed a 50 hour service they would have a mobile service that would come to us. There is also a minor recall issue that needs fixing. Fast forward to that time and we call to get the service and come to find Don has been let go and they do not honor anything that was told to us when we bought it. They also dropped John Deere as brand they sell. We were told we could come to them but they would have the tractor for three weeks and if we needed to rent a trailer to bring our tractor in it was an outrageous amount to do so. I was kind of treated like dirt on the phone by an employee there when I called. He said and I quote, "What do you have a lawnmower?" in a very condescending voice and I said no I have an actual tractor, etc. etc. A very disappointing experience overall. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. The dealership in Woodland is sending out a mobile tech. I would not recommend this business and I leave 1 star.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. The store is very clean and organized. All of your home and garden needs are here. Chainsaws, weedeaters, gardening tools, blade sharpening, nuts, bolts, home improvement items, all under one roof.

I can say a lot of good things about this True Value. Firstly, it’s is CLEAN. Floors are polished it looks like. Found products quickly. And plenty of help. I will always go there for the many things for crafts and home repair.

A local small engine repair shop who recently went out of business referred me to True Value Missouri Flat Rd. to repair my lawn mower. The staff in Service was very personable, helpful and kept me informed on the repair of my Honda self-propelled mower. The mower had been gradually running rough where another shop did not fully address. The mower now runs very smooth with instant start on one pull.

True Value pricing is very competitive, and the excellent customer service was refreshing. The full service package cost less than other local mower repair shops as well.

When I can't find items at Walmart, I go to Truevalue & most the time I'm successful, but the last time I made a purchase the cashier gal didn't include Senior discount. When I asked about it, the gal said I have to mention it in order to get the discount.
I don't believe that's good PR service. So I'm encouraging folks to remember to mention SR DISCOUNT before Truevalue staff rings up your bill. Every penny counts & the staff should show better PR skills. That's important.
