We purchased and spent a lot of money with TruCabinetry on the advice of our kitchen remodel contractor and are all-around very disappointed. We went to the showroom in Longwood to see quality, but the sales staff there was rude and really uninterested in dealing with us (I guess they only want to spend time with the contractor, which was disappointing). We had MANY production and delivery delays, which may have been expected with supply chain issues, however they outright LIED to us, saying they would “definitely be delivered on Tuesday,” and then we would hear nothing and wouldn’t get it until 2 weeks or more later. The first delivery was missing several pieces, and subsequent deliveries were also delayed (and the lies continued). THAT was frustrating enough, especially when cabinetry holds up so many other aspects of a build/remodel. And there were quality issues from the start – poor paint jobs, crooked cabinets (not because of install, because of build), scratches and nicks and so forth. Now after 6+ months of having them installed, the decorative molding is separating and needs to be filled in with wax or whatever the filler is - and it's happening all over, not just on one or even two door panels. My husband and I just keep saying to each other “if this is what’s happening after six months, we’re probably going to have to replace ALL the doors in the couple of years." Well, that's disappointing after spending $30,000+ on cabinets for an average sized kitchen. My contractor has now told us that these issues are coming up with other clients of his as well. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered tru wood cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms and we are very let down. Paint chips and smudges in all but 2 of the cabinets and about 25% of them don’t close properly. When I called the contact at corporate he was not quick to help.

This Company closed down and told their customers they weren’t getting their cabinets or a refund. They aren’t filing bankruptcy so what’s going on? Thanks for stealing my companies $75,000 we will be calling the police because that’s fraud. What a way to do business.

The kitchen cabinets are beautiful, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced in a long time. I value companies by the way they treat their customers and I sure wouldn't recommend this one to anybody. Regrettable
