I had a slightly older computer which was slow when I tried to do photo editing in Photoshop and Lightroom, I took it to Troy thinking I may upgrade some components if possible, he convinced me that I would be better off building a new unit from the ground up to accommodate what I was trying to do, he ordered the components and built a new Desktop very quickly and I couldn't be happier , thank you Troy and he comes recommended

Troy is simply the best in the computer business. My son’s gaming PC was lagging and he could not play a lot of his games. I took it to Troy and on the way out the door I dropped it! Chipping the bottom corner! Another computer company would have told me I broke inner computer components and charged me thousands, but Troy fixed the bottom corner and had the PC running fast and perfect for under $80! Thank you Troy!

I'm new in the area and after my computer wouldn't boot up, I took my hard drive over to Troys. Even with corrupt sectors he was able to get back all of my files. I usually back up often, but with the move I had forgotten. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend. Great friendly service!

I made an appointment to have my 65 inch TV placed on the wall.
Troy had his son Kevin come at the exact time with the equipment necessary for the job at hand.
He found the studs and proceeded to do the job.
Going beyond the call of duty by hiding all the wires affiliated with the mounting.
He was very professional and friendly.
The job was completed, fast and effectively .
Great work, I would highly recommend their service.

Today, my new Dell laptop screen turned purple to gray to black and then shut completely down. I panicked as I work from home! I called Troy's Computers and they saw me right away. The gentleman (Troy?) took the back off, looked at the board and the battery. My laptop did come back up but the screen was flickering. He told to follow up with Dell since I'm under warranty. I wasn't charged for his time and expertise. I understand it was a simple look and advice. That said, this is priceless to me. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. And the dog was bonus! Thank you Troy's Computers. I appreciate your expertise and wanted to show my appreciation.

Awesome service and knowledge of Computers!! Brought my Dell Laptop in and Troy started working on it immediately, (I thought I would have to drop it off). Started off with basically a blank screen. After a few attempts, he was able to get the screen on and went on from there!! While I waited he got it working better than it ever did. I will be using him on all our Computers again.
