Wonderful place to live. Lots of activities. As with most places, the rent goes up each year. Hard hit by Hurricane Milton. Many homes/lots are available.

My band plays here about once a year for their party. This is a great group of folks who are fun loving friends! A beautifully maintained community with a fabulous view from their clubhouse. Lovely property!

We absolutely love living in this community ! Staff is awesome , community is immaculate and well cared for! People are so friendly and welcoming ! We have already made many friends here! We looked at a lot of communities before buying here and we are truly home . The property owners really seem to care about this community and they are very involved with the community needs. We are so happy to have found our second home here ! If your looking for a winter home or a year round home then save yourself the time and frustration of looking at other places and just come here first . This is by far the nicest community we have found !

It’s a real shame! The amenities, the residents that I’ve met & the general location are absolutely great! However, I have NEVER met such a rude and unprofessional staff!!!!! Especially, the so called “manager” (what a joke). Jody only “approves” people that are within the “accepted” clicks. She charges $130 for background/credit check where other parks in the same general area, under the same Rickert Properties, Inc. charge less! What’s more unacceptable is that there’s NO way to contact the corporate office to complain about her & her unprofessional business dealings. If Rickert Properties, Inc cares enough to read this: be warned, this “manager” is damaging your business & your reputation!! By the way, I’ve been trying to “deal” with her for 5 months. I give up!!

The pools at this park are very clean and the club house has two pools table and darts and a computer room. Very nice. Only draw backs are the hot tub is always broken and the park is expensive to live there. They are quick to pick on your property but very slow to fix any damages they cause.

It's a very nice area but they are very strict on age as it is 55 and older not even if your close to 48 and counting lol forget it, But they do sometimes have great mobile home for sale cheap I do have to say wow very clean and peaceful area but a little out of the way which can be good sometimes but if you don't have transportation would be very hard to live there.
