Zach and team made the impossible (almost) happen. They duplicated a tiny locking pin that is essential to the operation of a laboratory machine. The turn around time was great and the price almost too good! For just a few dollars more then the original equipment manufacturer wanted just to see if they could retool to make this legacy part Tropic made it! 5 stars to Tropic!

Zack and his team did a great job for me. They provided a quick turn around on a time sensitive repair and helped get us back up and running quickly. The quality of the work was excellent. Nothing but GOOD to say about these guys! I went in with a heavy heart, my Dad had just passed away. My machinist misspelled something for my Dads Urn, and I hated to tell him. I was recommended to Zack at Tropic Machine and he helped me and saw that I was hurtin' a bit, and then he saw why. He was great, it was done fast and was right the first time, thanks go out to Zack and the Tropic Team!!
