Worse ppl they don’t care about ur time 8 hours to load broker is max trans they don’t care ether no restroom rude staff parking only on the road nearest truck stop about 40miles do not pick unless u got really good rates or u need to sleep

This place has a dream team forklift guys.
I called the number. I received instructions. Turn left follow the flatbed sign then back up. Use only straps. It turns out I had to wait at the gate after sign flat.
when it was my turn to pick up (2 hrs) the princess came up to me and started saying that you violated the instructions, if you apologized we would load you, or call again and get in line. I refused. the princess said she'll call security. I cancel this load and left.
This is the dumbest loading in my life. Teach your employees politeness. The old man in the purple T-shirt is yelling, I can't understand half the words.
the staff have mental problems or it's racism because of my accent.

Got there at 3pm and finally got loaded at 1030pm shipping office staff are extremely rude and disrespectful do not pick up here and if you do pull around and just take a nap

Long wait times to load 6 hours last time I was there, they refused to pay detention. I would avoid this location if you can. Been loading here for a couple years it's only getting worse.

Bad place to pick up a load. A lot of drivers waiting to get loaded. I wouldn’t recommend to get loaded here. Save your time . Bring food if you are picking up here and be ready to spend the night here as well.

Would give zero stars if possible! Checked in at 6:30pm Friday for a 7pm loading appointment still in line with several trucks infront of me at 5:30 am Saturday morning! I even called them to ask if I was still even going to be loaded at 11:30pm Friday they kept saying yes well we are all still waiting here

The other review don’t lie. Refuse this place if you can 6hrs+ wait. Take over a hour per truck to load. What the point of calling them when your 2hrs out with a ETA and you still have to wait 6+hrs no restrooms and no over night parking.
