I really like this TSC for many reasons, the top being the employees. Nicely displayed and typically excellent organization for the products, the people make it better than most other branches. I shop at the Raton, NM branch as well as in Catalina, AZ. All three are tops.

The sales associates don't know the products they're selling. Then I was hassled twice in the parking lot by a drunk person. It's not a safe environment. Things have really gone downhill recently.

Called store, gal answered phone pleasantly. I gave her info on battery I needed. She took time and effort to help me. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. Kudos to the gal! I don't recall her name but she made my shopping experience a whole lot nicer.

I call ahead cause I need a feeder they say open till 9 I show up at 7 sign on door says they are closed and that it’s management who had this happen.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. If I ever have a question about a product they are able to give me input about the product. The store is clean and easy to maneuver through. If I need help loading they are always willing to help. I recommend it to anyone who is in need of anything from a farm and garden to heating your home products. They offer many different products.

Even though TSCo is priced higher than most stores ... the staff is really great and have awesome customer service. They really strive to go above and beyond the basic service. The products that are carried in the store cover a very wide variety from A to Z !! I would really recommend stopping by and taking a look at what TSCO has to offer (like I mentioned before... they have higher prices but the merchandise is of higher quality)
