What is this savage dealership

Coming here to purchase forklift talk to an sales, parking lots are full and i was trying to find parking. One of the worker intensively come to me keep ask me to back up, I figured out and told him I’m turning back and he just won’t stop.I roll down the window and told him I AM backing up and he was getting serious mad and seems want to start a fight What is this type of customer treatment here tho We are buying from other’s fosho, but honestly if you can’t train your staff I won’t trust what you are selling anyway. Not everyone comes here to dueling with rude employees Hello where’s the management

Used forklift represented as "new" with tampered hours meter, damaged and previously cannibalized for parts. We have the sales invoice and photos of the unit which was delivered and rejected.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN AVOID.

If there was only an option for a SIX star rating! Toyota Material Handling Solutions in Santa Fe Springs is a top-notch company, but it's really the staff that makes it so fantastic. Our firm had an urgent need to rent an order picker and a forklift DURING A PANDEMIC! After making an online inquiry, literally within minutes I received an email reply from Jim (Outside Sales) who passed me on to the rental department. There I met this wonderful human, Odulia (sparing privacy of the last name) who took care of business M-F, day and night, and treated me as if I was her BEST customer. Mind you, we had never rented from TMHS before! Within a day of my inquiry, I received rental agreements, credit approval, and a brand new order picker was delivered along with a fork lift. Like that! Negotiations were a pleasure, change orders to the # of days' rental were not a problem, communications were fluid, frequent and friendly. Then came Sandy (again, last name spared) who helped orchestrate logistics to move our own heavy-duty equipment from one location to another. Another highly productive, kind, quick-to-respond individual who made doing business together so seamless and easy. To everyone at TMHS, thank you for offering such exceptional customer service to make companies that rent from you feel so appreciative of the good ol' American way of doing business. Toyota Material Handling Solutions MUST be your "go-to" company for all of heavy equipment rental needs. SIX STARS!
