More than gracious with help me pick a great product, install was very timely and done right !! They also have appliances and much more..yes the internet is cheaper, but you dont get personal service like this by saving a few bucks..until you need service..keep it local !

Customer service was horrible and we were treated as if we were considered low class and insignificant to Town & Country even though we had several thousand of dollars of work done on a walk in shower complete redo including re-tile, new plumbing fixtures, and a sliding glass door install. We definitely aren’t overly picky but we were treated as such and they obviously don’t posses pride or quality in the work that they do, or at least that was our experience. Me and my wife were treated poorly and insulted in our own home and we were simply baffled as to why a business would act such a way. I think you would be well off if you just bought product from them if applicable and found your own, separate contractors or better still, just get what you need at Lowe’s and find someone that takes some pride in their workmanship.

We needed our carpet stretched before cleaning and before our moving truck got to town with all of our belongings on extremely short notice. I spoke to Lana explaining our situation and asked if she could help. She not only worked us in the schedule on our timeframe but did so while welcoming our family to the area and asked if there was anything else she and her team could do to help make our transition smooth. We were beyond impressed! Would highly recommend Town & Country Flooring for the job they do and the service they provide. We are so thankful!

I highly recommend Town and Country Flooring in Troy, AL. They were very friendly and prompt. It's very rare these days that you get great customer service and awesome service! The contractors Mike and Sharon, along with their crew did a fantastic job! I love my flooring!!
