The worst company to do business with. Our site got a credit card testing event by some hackers with several thousand transactions in a few hours. We got charged over $2200 for that. Upon talking to their rep they said they would consider removing some of these charges if we have our developer install re-captcha on our cart, which we did. When I asked them about their fraud monitoring, as my site would never generate such a large amount of transactions, I was told "it was the weekend and it slipped by". I have emailed them several times in the past month since we added the re-captcha and added more security tools, but have not even received an acknowledgement of my emails.
I have been in business for 40 years and this is one of the worst companies I ever had to deal with.
I do not see why I am being held entirely responsible for this event as their "fraud detection" failed. If allegedly they have one. If I could give negative stars I would.

Don't do business with them. Terrible customer service. They reapond to emails months later. And keep extracting money from you although you are not using their machines. You will have to close your bank account to gey them to stop. Run far away from this company.

presented as true "consultants" that were advocates for my specific business needs and not focused on being in "sales" mode. Their advanced knowledge of the processing system was extraordinary. What I learned about what I did not know was impactful beyond measure. The complexities around merchant processing are too important to risk making mistakes that I could have never foreseen. I was treated with such personalization to my needs that I NEVER got from the "big bank provider" I had previously used. The 1-stop service that Kira and the Touch Suite team offer gives the comfort and ease that allows me to focus on my business model and not the behind-the-scenes processing issues that rob my time and energy. And, lastly, speaking of "energy", Kira is an impressively good listener and "solution finder" who really seems to enjoy her role-which I can see will serve her clients with accuracy and enthusiasm- all what I look for with folks with whom I collaborate.

Dylan told me I wasn’t approved, which is fine, but then 2 days later he sends me an email with a quote, so I called him because I told him I wasn’t approved and instead of saying oh I’m sorry about the mistake I didn’t mean to send you that, he just hung up… I was just calling because he just emailed and texted me and I say two words and he hangs up? Weird, like it’s all good but don’t be weird.. glad I didn’t give them my business even if I was approved lol

My experience getting the GRUBBRR kiosk has been wonderful with Touchsuite. The process was quick and easy. Hunter was very helpful and professional in getting me through all the paperwork and the process . I definitely recommend this company if you need any POS system or self ordering Kiosk.

Run and don't look back: if I could give negative stars I would. They are the middle man of credit card processing and after extensive auditing they were charging us more than 5% fees on average. ( The standard fee is about 2.25-3%) Marcos and his brother gave false promises, promising rates that were absolutely unheard and of course failed to delivered. Do not sign any paperwork with this company unless you like getting ripped off. They were absolutely unknowledgeable as well with the software and setup.

We've seeked legal action but unfortunately due to their agreement we are locked in. Even after countless emails and text messages about the rates.

Dishonest company.
