Super disappointed. Got a new 24 chevy silverado and ordered weather tech mats and running boards. About a week later after doing some research I also asked them to order a bed cover. Once I was informed parts arrived had to wait six weeks to be scheduled for install. Installed mats on my own cause I didn’t want to wait that long. But no problem easy enough.
Dropped off truck for appointment for my running boards and bed cover. Upon pick up I find out that the bed cover was never even ordered. Female staff said there was some sort of confusion. But I literally went there in person, got shown a demo in the back, brought back up to the counter and paid 600+. So I’m not sure where the confusion was. It was probably staff who was confused about who was actually going to place the order. She even admits to remembering me show up there and showing me the demo herself.
Super upset cause it’s dip netting time. Had other truck appointments and family arriving. To rectify the situation they order the cover ground shipping and it arrived in 5 business days. It was installed the following day after arrival.
Brought the truck home and was sweeping out the bed cause the tech left his mess in there from placing water drain holes and noticed I was missing the foam pieces to protect the back window when the bed cover is open all the way leaning against it. Had to drive back to the shop, the tech who installed it doesn’t even know which pieces I was referring to. His response was, there wasn’t anything else in the box. Front staff agreed with me about the pieces and so did another tech. The other tech had to step in and find em. So he places the pieces and then spends 30+ minutes adjusting the clamps and this cover was literally just installed and truck was picked up less than an hour ago. That was on July 24 last month when the cover was installed now NOT EVEN 3 weeks later I notice the weather strip seal is coming off. What a waste of my time. I don’t even understand cause they were super simple parts to install and I would think these techs have installed these items before, how could he not know what I was referring to. Now I have to remove the bed cover, order a new seal, and place the new seal. At this point why did I pay 140$ for labor to even have it installed. Such a waste of both my time and money.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop! Very knowledgeable, great customer service, flexible service and they give you their undivided attention. They help with setting up a plan for the build that the customer WANTS! Total Truck has a vast array of options for every budget. There is no pressure to buy the most expensive and they thoroughly explain the difference in products!
I had recently been involved in a hit and run and Total Truck worked closely with the collision center where I had the body work done. The technicians are also extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. They are not shy about telling you if what you need or want is beyond their capabilities and will gladly recommend another shop. Total Truck is also very active in their community, helping the local off-road groups and any tourists that may need their services, as well as pointing them in the right direction to experience Alaska to the fullest. I recommend this shop 💯!

I bought three sets of their traction devices and have used them a bunch this last week with all the snow. Everybody raves about them and asks where I got them. I always refer them to total truck!

Even people who feel hopelessly stuck, I show up and tell them I will have them out in no time. And I do. They are so thankful!

Very pleased with service. Easy to schedule and work was complete as expected. The staff at Total Truck gave good advice and did a great job installing the winch on my Jeep. I highly recommend Total Truck. Update: I had more upgrades added to our Jeep. We are impressed with the results of a multi-day plan. Communication was great. Work was finished on time and cost was appropriate/reasonable. I recommend Total Truck and will be a return customer.

Having recently moved from a much larger city, I was really nervous about finding a shop to handle custom applications on my truck. Craig and his crew went above and beyond on a repair I needed done and were able to fit me in last minute. They also diagnosed another issue I had on my front suspension. Have great knowledge and experience when it comes to modifying your vehicle. Won't try and upsell you on something you don't need. Communication great through getting the parts installed. Would highly recommend and will go back in the future! They installed a full suspension upgrade, snorkel, full steel bumper, and winch.

Met Craig (owner) on the chair at Alyeska. I'm a homeless electrical engineer living and working full-time during an AK winter in my Tacoma + Go Fast Camper. These guys know electrical, and that's saying something coming from an EE. They cleaned up the high current electrical wiring in my Tacoma that I had run from the alternator to the bed of the truck with a much more professional setup using larger wire. Didn't have to explain much beyond the basics, the job was done exactly as expected and in just a few hours while I waited in their comfy sales area. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail will have me coming back again and again for jobs that I can't easily do myself on the road.
