I had been looking for a commercial grade stove with both burners and a griddle for sometime. I am building a home and was adding a chef grade kitchen to it. But trying to find a company who would sell to a non-commercial interest was like pulling teeth. That is until I found Top Restaurant Supplies and their wonderful sales rep Amanda. She was not only professional, but a rare pleasure as a person. It’s rare to find someone who not only looked for what I wanted, but gave me alternatives I did not know were available to me. And when stressing over a building budget her assistance was extremely helpful in saving me a few bucks. Now, the only problem I did have was on the delivery, which was not Amanda’s or the company’s fault. FedEx screwed up and delayed delivery by two weeks. When I asked Amanda about the hold up she jumped into high gear, found the problem and immediately got another delivery company to deliver a replacement. Damn, if that’s not great service. She was so apologetic that I felt bad about the holdup. I wish I could build another kitchen just to experience that kind of service again. Wish more companies had sales reps like Amanda. Thanks again and keep up the GREAT work. Hey Top Restaurant Supplies, give this professional a raise!!!!
