I submitted a rush embroidery order 4 business days prior to my conference. Due to a slight miscommunication, when I picked up the shirts an hour prior to leaving town, I realized the logo did not come out as planned and I was devastated. That said, without hesitation, Tom Finley, jumped into action, provided brand new shirts with the corrected logo and overnighted them to my hotel so my team and I would have the shirts prior to our conference starting. I cannot recommend this company enough! Tom is extremely professional and cares deeply about his customers success and happiness. His team are truly amazing. Thank you again for everything you did to position my firm to have a successful event!
