The total lack of communication of this business is what made our experience more stressful. I have listed over 20 phone calls to Krissy and 5 returned( since 11/21) from her. Emails to her are not read or answered either. Krissy says she will do things , but never follows through.
She claims she discussed things with you , but she does not. I picked out a cabinet and stain , and the result is not what I picked out, not even close, and she claimed she discussed these with me, but she never did. Our master bathroom cabinets came out not what I was told , but I was ok with it, but the kitchen , "same wood ", stain and style of cabinet , was a complete nightmare.
Krissy's arrogance and this business unwilling to help correct issues with our kitchen cabinets , after several people saw the job they did and ask us if we really paid for this look, was unbelievable. Tip's told us they were not going to help us with our cabinets and if we didnt want the cabinets they would come and uninstall them. My husband told them to come and get all of the cabinets . We were not going to pay for their arrogance and their lack of customer service. I have been living with a temporary kitchen for the last year and I am anxious to have a real kitchen again , BUT we refuse to pay for something we are not happy with. We were given the "take it or leave it" pressure tactic, we choose to to leave it , because as eager as I am to have a kitchen again , I would rather have a temporary kitchen , then to look at those ugly cabinets.
I must add, that on the NUMEROUS unreturned phone calls to Krissy , I would speak to Mike. He was always nice and seems very good natured.

* After talking with a real cabinet specialist and showing pictures of the cabinet Tip's made for us . It was determined that they stained soft maple instead of hard maple. Krissy never informed us of this even when I expressed I liked even color in a cabinet . She is the "expert" , she should have told us the difference. We found out through a reliable source that all of the maple that they buy is the paintable ( soft) grade. Soft maple is better for painting than staining. That is why all of our kitchen cabinets looked like a derranged side show. I would definitely think twice before doing business with Tip's

This is a small family run business. They are nice people, but are clearly overextended from their capacity. They communicate poorly and do not return calls, emails, or texts. They were six weeks late from THEIR promise date of cabinets installation for a new construction home. Even after this delay there were several mistakes when they delivered the cabinets (wrong color, wrong size) which only resulted in further delays. I would be generous is rating their overall quality as a poor. I would never use them again!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! ORDERED CABINETS IN MAY...IT'S NOW OCTOBER AND WE HAVE NO CABINETS AND ZERO RESPONSE FROM KRISSY, WHO SEEMS TO RUN THIS CRAZY CLOWN SHOW. DISGUSTED WITH HER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU! Better yet, if you are a cabinet maker and you live in the area you could put them out of business easily...just return a customers phone call...that's all it would take! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but...you have to, to give a review.
