We had a great experience here. The wines are wonderful, especially the Tinto and the Grenache. What distinguishes this place from the others is the quality of service and personal approach we enjoyed from Ashley. She was friendly, approachable, and we learned a lot from her. Amazing experience! Timshel was recommended at multiple wineries we’ve visited and it did not disappoint. Every wine was delicious (the cab and granache were favorites) and Nate, the winemaker, was so accommodating. Cannot wait to go back!

Lovely 2020 Rosé that we had at our company hosted event! Timshel also has a great Grenache that is light bodied with beautiful finish. The tasting was very informative about their organic farming practices & small lot wines. We are now Timshel members! Thanks Nate!

This place is great! They have a small family business feel, and most communication is directly with the wine maker. You can find their wine in great local spots on the central coast. Their rosé is DELICIOUS
