I really appreciate the service the team at Third Rail ebikes provided me this past week- needed bike repair yesterday that I wouldn't be able to do for weeks as going out of town. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful and were able to do a quick turnaround job that saved me a ton of time and money. They were so cool about the whole thing. This single experience leads me to believe this is a great business to support and will continue to return here and share my positive experiences with others.

Outstanding! They really stand behind their work. I came for a fix a few months ago and recently the problem resurfaced. I came back and they fixed it very fast for free. I really did not expect such amazing service! They don’t just talk the talk on “we stand behind our work”!

8/24/2024 - Got my bike today. Turns out the original order (dated 7/6/2024) was lost in shipping and Eugene ordered a replacement. It came via FedEx from the company but the company sent the wrong bike so Eugene went the extra mile and had them send the correct bike - also via FedEx. I appreciate his efforts.

I kinda wanted to write a review earlier as some time has passed since I got my Hi Power Cycles mountain bike repaired.
Even though I did see some low rating reviews, I will just base mine on my personal experience.
1st off, I thought the staff and owner were all really friendly and assuring me that the problem was w/the controller and it was just a matter of replacing it which kinda calmed me down.
2nd, the staff did a great job on keeping in touch w/me and were very prompt in contacting me when it was fixed.
3rd, the staff really did seem to be mechanically and electronically knowledgeable in the workings of your average DC bike.
Also, I was very happy to find this place as most other bike shops won`t work on e-bikes or if they do, its only the ones they sell.
This is the place to go to for e-bike repair in my opinion.

An amazing (and affordable ) experience with them every time. today they respoked my rear tire and helped me jerry rig my tail light into place for no additional charge. Definitely a store committed to good service. Best shop to go to for e bike services and they dont make you feel weird for having a ebike.

A true neighborhood bike shop! I've been looking for an ebike for some time, and am so happy I stopped into Third Rail. Staff took the time to understand my needs and helped me pick out my daily driver. I love that they do all the work on site and have been very pleasant to work with. I'll be back to get my other bikes serviced!

Noah is amazing!!! I had the best experience with Third Rail, they were so kind and helpful! I purchased a bike online (I know, shame on me!) and it broke after one week. We lost a wheel and the manufacture would not sell me any parts. I called so many bike shops and none could get me a replacement because of the size of the wheel. I was in a panic as this is my son's only form of transportation. Noah was so nice and emailed me within an hour with a quote and time frame for fixing the bike. He fixed the bike in a few hours and it works great!!!
