Great people, their Carnala has become our favorite and our friends and family seem to agree. The just released Second Date , 100% Verentino is a great summer day wine that we look forward to sharing. Feel lucky to have found Thibido winery.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Thibido Winery. The wine is amazing and priced very reasonably. You can tell the owners really care about the wine and the experience. If you are ever in Paso, do yourself a favor and visit Thibido and join their wine club. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

We loved the Carnala, very smooth with lovely deep berry notes. Drank it with prime rib so normally would have a big cab but this wine was perfect! Will definitely buy more!

Discovering Thibido Winery has been one of my most cherished finds here on the Central Coast. From the very first sip, I knew there was something extraordinary not just about their wines, but the hands and hearts behind them.

Every bottle from Thibido speaks to decades of mastery and a deep-rooted passion for winemaking that Josh and Gibsey Beckett have poured into their craft. As a local, I feel an immense sense of pride and admiration for what the Becketts have accomplished. Their dedication to regenerative farming and sustainable practices is not just commendable but deeply felt in every glass. Their commitment is a toast to our planet, with each bottle reflecting their journey from ‘dirt to bottle.’

Their Grenache Blanc, “First Date,” is a personal favorite, bringing friends and family together with its refreshing citrus notes, perfect for our local cuisine. However, it’s not just about the wine. It’s about the experience, the community, and the love for our local treasures that Thibido encapsulates. Gibsey’s vision resonates with me, from creating environmentally conscious packaging to connecting with global and local causes.
