The Welch Group has handled our home owners insurance for more than ten years. We’ve always received great service. More recently through a mistake on our part we missed the renewal date and we were cancelled by our new carrier. I called The Welch Group and was directed to Debbie Webb Adams. Ms. Adam’s came to our rescue. She went to our new carrier and managed to get them to reinstate our policy. Ms Adam’s went to bat for us and we really appreciate all her efforts. I have been with the Welch Group for many years and have always been treated great and very professional. When I first signed up with them I worked with Jennifer and she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable because she was patient and honest and had an answer to every question we had and made things very easy. Then I refinanced and my mortgage company played a fast one on me and put me with a different insurance company so I reached out to the Welch Group and this time I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew and he was awesome to work with and made things smooth and easy. The Welch group is an awesome company that I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for homeowners insurance!

I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Tiffany McCarthy and Juliana Mora, both representatives of The Welch Group. I cannot speak eloquently enough to properly express how truly wonderful they were to work with.

Due to a lack of knowledge & understanding on my part about our current homeowner's insurance, I was completely frazzled upon our initial call. Without hesitation, Tiffany explained everything I needed to know along with the options available to us. She is absolutely amazing!

At some point, she introduced me to Juliana. Juliana then found a much better auto insurance policy for us and saved us approximately $1,000 in doing so. Again, amazing!

What I've described may sound like two individuals simply "doing their jobs", but both went well beyond the call of responsibility. We travel quite a bit for work. Our schedules did not make these tasks simple. In fact, both Tiffany & Juliana have the patience of a deity.

Needless to say, "WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND"!
