This is our third time staying at the Wanderoo, and it’s been amazing every time! The atmosphere is so quaint and personable. The staff is phenomenal. Attentive and accommodating whether it’s something we need at our room or up at their restaurant/bar. The live music on the weekend is the real cherry on top. Every visit has been amazing and believe it or not, always better than the last! We love it! Highly recommend!

Homey rooms, comfortable beds, loud bar on premises. Thankfully the concert was finished just after 10 pm. We wish we could have talked to a person when checking out as they have a policy about charging for staining white towels (since they are a small business and would need to do extra cleaning on the towels) and I forgot I had recently dyed my hair, so I ended up staining one of the towels. Fairly, it will probably be taken out of incidentals.
Great for anyone who wants to be near the restaurant & bar.

Not worthy of the price we paid for a king suite. The pictures are very misleading. The room is very dark, smells terrible and filthy. We have to open the windows to have fresh air inside. Our bathroom vanity faucet was not working properly- barely water coming out. I called the front desk and told me that they are aware of the problem and nothing can be done about it because of the water pressure. Our friends room is four rooms away and had no problem with their vanity faucet. But same issue, room is dark, filthy and smells terrible. We paid $403 for 2 nights. Will not come back again.

We stayed overnight at the Wanderoo this weekend. The photos on the website are not what we received. Our room while it was clean, was dark, outdated, the air conditioner needed a new filter so we sneezed all night, and the bathroom door would not shut without a scraping noise on the tiles they installed that didn't match the rest of the tiles. It was very disappointing. The beds were hard. I thought this would be like a cute remodeled motel, it was not. The night spot was not bad, the bar/restaurant and live entertainment had to end promptly at 10pm for some reason.
At check in they give you a lecture about how if you get locked out of your room the owners won’t be happy to come let you back in. It makes you feel like you are more of a bother than a guest. I just do not recommend this place at all.

First time to visit Eureka Springs and staying at The Wanderoo Lodge; it will not be the last. The town is awesome and the lodge amazing. From the owners David and Ethan, to the staff (Colby, Sonny and chef), and definitely the locals (Miss Wanda); all reasons we will return. Saturday evening we sat listening to music and enjoying talking; it was Luke being with long time friends which we had just met. My husband and I enjoyed the acceptance and love we received during our visit. Our only complaint is we did not plan our trip to be longer; that's on us. We promise to be back and stay longer. Thank you Ethan, David, and staff.

So me and the wife decided to take a very impulsive trip and chose this for our place, and hands down from the wonderful lady working behind the desk at check in to staff working at the bar they were extremely nice and helpful, and the room itself doesn’t feel like you’re average motel, and definitely enjoyed the back balcony that’s on the back of the rooms. Plus the live music with drinks and pizza to end the night made this trip awesome. Will definitely be choosing them again.

We booked a room and had a family emergency come up not even an hour after. We called to see about cancelling with a very cold reception. Not only were we required to still pay in full for the room, but the 100 dollar deposit that is supposed to be available upon checkout was a nightmare to get back! I have never been to a motel this inhospitable. Also, this was a honeymoon stay. Sooooo disappointed that they weren’t willing to provide some simple solutions. Instead, they offered only blame and a stack of problems. Wouldn’t recommend….

If you want good customer service this is not the place to stay. One desk clerk managed to piss off our entire group one at a time. Very unpleasant person. They have a bar, sounds good until the manager tells you that you have no parking guarantee because they make more money on the bar so it's the priority. They use the excuse that they allow dogs to NEVER go into your room at any point during your stay. So you have to ask for things. No ice machine at all, gotta ask at the bar. The electronic door locks malfunctioned all week long, they are junk. I asked the employees to have the owner stop by and was told he's in the bar if you want to talk to him. Overall, a customer service disaster. The place has potential but until they make changes i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
