My wife and I had a smoke alarm which continued beeping loudly even after the battery was replaced. The alarm is mounted on a high cathedral ceiling well beyond the reach of our ladder.

We called Bill Garrett, and explained the situation. Twenty minutes later Bill arrived at our home with a new smoke alarm, and installed it in less than ten minutes.

Bill was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and tidy. Before he left, he offered, "if you have any problems, feel free to call me, even if it's 10:00PM at night."

We highly recommend Bill and we'll definitely contact him the next time we need help.

I don't think there is a job that Bill Garrett cannot do. In one visit, he replaced my water pressure regulator, repaired a desk, and fixed the latch on my gate, which had been difficult to close for years.

Bill was awesome and super responsive! He called me back in 5 minutes because he was on another call and offered to help me ASAP because I was down the street from where he was located at the time. He was super kind and informative and educated me about my situation. I will certainly call him again and highly recommend him!

He also told me his business phone is a landline due to older folks calling him, and there is a delay from cell phone to cell phone and that is difficult for his older clientele with their hearing. How thoughtful! Gotta love a guy that is as awesome and thoughtful as this! I love old school customer service and care!
