Very Displeased with the Services Received.

Upon viewing the reviews, we assumed the Trailer Guy was an experienced serviceman. Therefore, we tried him out on our fleet of 11 Trailers. Not only did he demand we pay him immediately "before we inspected the work" but shortly after almost all of the trailers experienced immediate issues. Problems such as lights not working, cables loose / off, non-greased hubs, broken leaf springs, electrical shorts...etc! He didn't even catch that their was something wrong with the alignment on my dump trailer because the 2 tires were almost touching! He shot-gunned all the maintenance! On some of the trailers he just didn’t do it, even though we paid for it. To make things even worse, when he replaced one of the axels; he forgot to tighten the lug nuts. When my driver left the shop at 6am, he noticed a bad wobble and the wheel almost fell off. Additionally, he left bolts, screws, and shrapnel around our yard, which caused many punctured tires. To top it all off, he stopped responding to us when we found a brand-new axel "I paid him for" hidden in the back of our yard, that he said he replaced on another trailer, but didn’t! After I checked the size of the axel it was the wrong size; and since he wouldn't respond I'm stuck with an unusable axel. This guy is a total scam artist!

In all truthfulness, if I have babysit a so-called “professional” then I’d rather just go with an actual professional.

Just wanted to say thank you to the trailer guys!! They put in new brakes for my trailer yesterday.. Did a great job, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what was needed. They got it all done in one day ..I didn't have to miss any work! Don't hesitate to call them.. The best is they come to you!!
