The Sign Factory came highly recommended by a fellow business owner in the area. I am very happy with the wrap/decals that Jay did for our business vehicle. He was very courteous and promptly responded to all of our questions. The pricing was very competitive and the turnaround time was super fast thus limiting the time we were unable to use the vehicle. The sign factory went above and beyond. Best experience with getting a store front sign or any window sign stickers! I had several quotes from those in the Bradenton area that were outrageous and took several weeks to get back to me. The sign factory was professional, timely and exceeded all of my expectations. I brought my brand new Sea Doo PWC to select a custom font and color for my registration on the side of the hull. Jay has a HUGE font list to choose from. Jay made sure everything was exactly(!) the way I wanted it while also satisfying the Coast Guard requirements. He completely took his time with me and the finished result was outstanding. It literally looks like it came from the factory and actually enhances the appearance. Jay's prices are excellent as well. I can't imagine you would get this kind of personalized service at one of those franchise stores.

When I called the business the person on the phone was not friendly, receptive or the least bit enthusiastic about helping me. Every phone call is an opportunity for a sale. With customer service like that I will look elsewhere.
