My wife and I just built a new home and were challenged finding the right quality outdoor furniture for our lanai and pool area. The buffet itself was excellent—well-designed, of good quality, and reasonably priced. However, the delivery and after-sales service were far from satisfactory. The furniture was initially delivered and one of the doors would not close properly.

Upon raising the issue in-store, I encountered a lack of understanding as to why I couldn't simply fix it myself "..don't you have the balls to use a screwdriver and fix it..". It then took three separate visits to finally resolve the problem. Throughout this process, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

While the product meets high standards, the service experience leaves much room for improvement.
