Had full screen replacement and rusted bolts removed/replaced. The workers were friendly and got the job done (as seen in pictures) in about 10 hours. They cleaned up after themselves well. Would use again.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with The Porch Factory. Before signing the contract, I was assured that my screened patio enclosure would be installed within 12 weeks. I signed the contract and paid my initial deposit on November 20, 2024, with an installation date scheduled for February 24, 2025. Since then, my installation has been pushed back five times—first to February 28th, then the first week of March, then March 20th, and now it’s set for April 3rd. That’s an 18-week wait, assuming they don’t delay it yet again.

For a $16,000+ project, I expected much better communication and reliability. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with them, and it is beyond frustrating to receive a call just days before my scheduled installation only to be told it's delayed again. The lack of transparency and constant rescheduling has made this a stressful and disappointing experience.

I hope The Porch Factory improves their scheduling and communication process so future customers don’t go through the same frustration. I will update my rating and review once the project is completed.

The Porch Factory has just completed another screen enclosure for me. (This is at least the fifth one they have done for me on houses I have owned). They never cease to amaze me. Their customer service is second to none. From the initial meeting to the final step they are informative, professional and fantastic. I would recommend them hands down. They offer many services in addition to screen enclosures such as fencing and privacy screening in addition to other services. Would recommend them 100 percent

3 stars due to very poor communication from the company to us the customer. Signed the contract through our pool contractor Louden and other then the girls in the office never even spoke to the project Mgr Andie. Our installers Ellis and Cody were the best kept us informed every step even when it appeared that someone measured wrong… we love how our enclosure turned out. Took a few weeks to post as I was waiting for pool to finally be finished.

I'm giving these guys a 5 star. Ray in sales was very professional, Nate who did the measure was awesome and the install was executed as planned, perfectly. While it took a long time to get here I understand people are very busy right now. It was worth the wait and we're happy with the final product. Great company who did what they said they would, showed up when they said they would and communicated with us all along the way... what a concept! Great job guys!

The Porch Factory did an excellent job of extending our existing pool enclosure. It was not an easy job but CeCe made sure the measurements and design were a perfect match! The installers worked hard to get it fit in which included replacing old gutters and splash guard extensions. They were extremely polite and efficient. Cleaned up the job site and after themselves each day as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the first interaction with Kim, our sales person, we knew that Porch Factory would be the best company to install our screen enclosure. As experts installing many of the enclosures in our community, Kim knew exactly what we should do, making this process painless.
Those in the Porch Factory office continued the process seamlessly, keeping in touch with every step. From Wendy, the receptionist, helpful and friendly, directing me to the right department, to Tanya and Yanna in scheduling, always taking my calls to give us the latest scheduling updates. The installation was prompt and professional.

I had an issue with the delivery day, but at the end the company sent a bunch of workers to finish on time. So far I am happy with my screen. They screens they build are amazing.
