When we bought our home at 2795 S Bonnebrok Drive in Avon Park in April, Ivan Alonzo was our salesman. He is one of the nicest and polite gentlemen that we have ever dealt with.

On the day of closing, May 20, 2024 he met us at our new home and drove us to the closing. After the closing was finished, he took us to downtown Sebring and helped us set up our water and sewer account. When we got back to our new house the electricity had already been shut off. He had asked that it not be shut off until the end of the day. He also assisted in setting that up.

As a housewarming gift Ivan bought and had installed a ceiling fan and light for Mark's bedroom. That gift was certainly appreciated by both of us. When the inspection was done the man doing it locked the shed door not knowing that the previous salesperson did not leave a key to the shed. Ivan had a new key made and also had the key to the backdoor keyed the same. He left 2 sets of keys for us. Ivan took the time to contact the previous owner to get the gate key that he mistakenly took to his new home. He sent it back saving us money not to have to buy a new key.

Since we moved into the house Ivan has stopped by often to check on us and see if there was anything that he could do for us. You are very lucky to have a man of his caliber on your sales staff.
