This place is the best kept secret with anything to do with mattresses!! Melanie was amazing and she knows more about mattresses and sleep than anyone around, guaranteed!!

Whether buying your first mattress (like me) or buying your 50th (hopefully not), you will learn a thing or two about the sleep industry and what is really important.

This place makes their own top of the line mattresses and is guaranteed a much lower price than other companies because they don’t outsource them to other companies!!

When at the Lake Mary store, Melanie helped my wife and I understand the ins and outs of the industry and what is necessary when buying and caring for a mattress.

It was a stress free time, and we were not awkwardly trying out beds while worrying about people trying to sell us something or ask us any questions. We’ve been to many stores like that and it is a turn off. Well, it won’t be at the Original Mattress Factory!!

Seriously, try this place. I dare you!! We happened to go here on a whim since other places were closed, but it was only to our benefit. It will be a benefit to you too!!

I recently shopped at The Original Mattress Factory and had a great experience. The staff really knows their stuff, and their customer service is top-tier. I bought two twin Classic One Mattress Sets for my kids, and they're exactly what I was looking for.

These mattresses are built with a solid innerspring system and have a firm feel, perfect for support and comfort. Plus, they're made in the USA, which adds to their reliability. The matching box spring is a nice touch and enhances durability. At $220 each, these mattresses offer excellent value. If you need quality mattresses, this is the place to go.

This is our second purchase in this store. It was of utmost importance to find a quality mattress that would last, that was made in the USA and at a price point that was manageable. also, it HAD to be flippable… I’ll never again buy a one sided use only mattress! The saleswoman, Melanie - who we’d purchased from 8 years ago for another bedroom, is a complete professional in every way. Her knowledge base is simply phenomenal! She’s someone I’d consider a friend… she is that great! She knows EVERYTHING about the various products they carry…from the construction to comfort level… everything! She was very patient, helpful in decision making and in the accessories we purchased as well! It’s the number one BEST mattress store in my opinion!! The one year warranty is an added comfort JUST in CASE which I don’t expect to have to use. I can’t Wait to get my new bed!!!

My mother is a senior citizen at an independant adult living facility. She has a 20 year old bed she purchased at the Original Matress Factory in Lake Mary. She had been noting a issue of concern with her bed. She called them for assistance and the manager, Melanie came out on a Sunday morning to help her. Melanie was most gracious and helpful. Problem resolved to the best of the circumstances and she did not charge a dime. Who said good people and companies are a thing of the past.

We had recently bought a high end bed in a box from CA (organic etc etc) and after having it only a few months it was already breaking down. With our backs in pain and desperate to find some help we started looking locally. We visited one other local chain and found very limited options. We did some research on OMF and headed over to our local store. We are so glad we did! First of all Melanie is an awesome salesperson! She was excellent on educating us on the quality of the mattresses, the history of the company and the many options available(a double sided mattress was something we wanted but is rare these days). We had great service in the store, with delivery and we are backs are so much happier. You will not find a sale or "deals" but after the bed in a box store gave us a refund we still only spent half of that and it will last us sooo much longer! Built in the USA, built to last beyond others on the market and a great price! Highly recommended! Go check them out!

I recently bought an orthopedic pillow top mattress and box spring. This is the third time I have purchased this bed. I believe it is the most comfortable and well constructed bed on the market and the fact that it is backed up by a 12 year warranty is a real bonus! The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery team were courteous and very efficient. For me and my money, it’s the only place to go for a great bed!
