So… After digging the car out of the icy snow, yesterday, we were free to enjoy a great evening at the local country club, to celebrate our anniversary. The place was busy with a festive atmosphere. The service is always welcoming and very friendly. Our waitress, Wendy, is very sweet, professional, and makes sure everything is as we wish. And the meal…My Rib-Eye and Sandi’s Filet Mignon were both cooked perfectly just like the baked potatoes. The House salad, as always, was delicious and the surprise Hot-Fudge Sundae was a perfect touch. Love this place!

Full disclosure, you either need to own property here or be a guest of an owner.
We've owned in the development for several years just for the amenities which have served us well.
Have eaten at the golf diner (mulligan room) several times and it's great for a golf diner.
The oaks and it's bar caught me off guard completely. Cool bar that as most bars in tehachapi, could use some upgrades in the booze department for such a nice bar.
But ...had a decent bourbon with a big rock.
Just wish there was some higher end choices.
Food was really good and service was excellent. Burata vegetable tart was amazing. Chocolate cake was probably one of the best I've had.
Pleasantly surprised at all.
Just...get me some good whiskey!
Prices totally reasonable.

After 23 years of dining at the OTCC I can easily say we have never had a meal that wasn’t top quality. It has always been matched with great service. Since the long awaited reopening this summer, the menu, although limited still puts forth a tasty meal. The service on the other hand needs some brushing up. The staff is and always has been superior, but it is a very young staff. We really miss the mature waiter/waitress attention to detail, the details that make dining a true pleasure. The watchful checking on customers, providing amenities, making sure everything is filled or refilled, salads or appetizers served soon after the meal order is taken, not late where the entree arrives before you have finished, removal of dishes in a timely manner, presentation of the bill. The waiter/waitress/ table staff are what polishes off a great meal and makes you want to return.
And no real sugar? Five different kinds of coffee sweetners but not a packet of real sugar in the whole building, come on…

Pleasant staff but my coconut shrimp was over cooked with almost black exterior and my rock fish was sent back uneaten as it was way to salty. This was probably an item bought prepared and then heated so the kitchen was not in control. Dinner ordered by my companion was a steak and it was fine.

Not bad for an executive course country club but it ain't Bel Air or Lakeside or the Jonathan Club although some poseurs act like it is. I'm a debutante, so I know the difference between paddy and point.

Food is always spot on as is the service. Trying out and pool side food having a good time. Everyone is having a good time. They have enough seating which is lovely and the pool goes to 9 ft deep. They also do lap swim and have certain times they kick out the kids which was nice for someone with no kids. Even though they all played harmoniously together.
On these hot days this is such a nice thing to have and large enough to easily fit alot of folks.
