I'm so glad this little plant shop is in the neighborhood. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I've gotten some lovely plants and pots here, not to mention bags of soil that are just the right size for a plant lover living in a small San Francisco apartment.

I ordered my plants online and didn’t really expect such a good experience! The plants arrived on time and in a very good condition. They are both very healthy and I love them. I already recommended this shop to my friends. I think the prices are also very reasonable compared to the quality (I hope they keep the prices at the same range). Absolutely love this place! My partner and I are new plant moms and the owners at The Mellow are super helpful and informative. Their selection of plants, succulents, and pottery are amazing. Easy online ordering and safe curbside pickup during the quarantine is a plus. I would recommend to any plant lover

The cutest lil shop tucked away in the Mission. Such friendly individuals who really know their plant knowledge. Appreciate the flexibility in picking up the plants I purchased & that of the highest quality! I've walked in and brought home a plant baby every time haha. Highly recommend!!

Proud owner of two beautiful plant babies delivered to me by The Mellow SF. Customer service was superb! I was waiting for the delivery and it was already the end of the day so I sent an email to see what happened. Received a reply back in 2 minutes that they were running a little behind and was on the way. How amazing is that. Head over to their site now and start your own indoor garden ASAP. Thank you The Mellow. Will be back soon to add to my collection. <3

Fantastic newer plant shop in the heart of the mission — thank you botanical wizards, David & Lorena!

I recently first-time visited The Mellow for a consultation with owner David, and found the entire experience informationally rich and really fun. Added bonus points, as I walked out with two new plant babies as a result.

I frequently visit the many plant shops around the city, and this is my favorite thus far because:

- (Healthy!) Selection
- Organization
- Delivery available
- In-store or virtual consultations available
- Friendly human energy

🌱🌿Wow! What a gorgeous little plant boutique! I picked up a beautiful Monstera Deliciosa Swiss Cheese and it is doing so well in my home. Prices are a little on the higher side, but aligned to the high quality of plants and unique selections.

Do pop in this little shop ❤️.

Support local businesses! Sometimes plant stores can be pretentious but let me assure you that Lorena and David are the sweetest and most approachable people! A friend of mine purchased a plant during their grand opening week, and I just received 3 beautiful plants by ordering online! This is my new fave shop and I cannot recommend them more! 🙂
