The management is non existent. They are never available and always changing companies. HOA paying for stuff we don’t even have anymore like security, cable and internet. Roaches in the hall way, hot water randomly stops working. They put laminate in the hallways and there’s already issues with the flooring and it hasn’t even been a year. Place is terrible.

Came to visit my friend this man did not even greet me or ask for the apartment number. Just stated with an attitude “how can I help you”. Then told me to pull back in again because there was a broward sheriff right behind me and didn’t want to “hold up a cop” I pull back up and said the apartment number. Ask for my license and keep looking at it like I don’t look exactly the same. As he proceeds to open the gate i ask for he’s name, and he says “man just go.” Therefore I took a picture, extremely disrespectful and especially should not be someone that is greeting you into a condominium.

Worst place I’ve ever rented, water is randomly cut off every month for hours. When the water comes back the hot water is brown and filthy (pics on different days). Building often smells upon entrance. Gate lines are long and always has problems. Building is old overall and has not been well taken care of. ( Building 11 hopefully it’s not like this in other buildings)Went about a week with no ac last month, it’s currently been going on 3 day with no hot water at all. Don’t move here, 0/10 do not recommend

Do not live here!! Security is horrible told me I can’t have guests visit in my own apartment because I wasn’t registered ok fine. So I went to the office and got my name registered into their system at the office and received email proof I am registered as well and security he still doesn’t let anybody in to visit me and doesn’t even bother to listen to me or try to lookup my name. Lost my key fob, they told me to email management which I did a week ago they still haven’t got back to me. Just horrible management in general I definitely DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

The security was very rude.
He was yelling and cursing at me. I told him I didn’t have my license and that I had to a picture of it on my phone. He told me that he don’t want to see a picture of my license and that I needed to leave or he would call the police. That the association would fine me if I went thru without license and will be towed.When I asked him what’s his name he told me “ move your car or I’m towing it and calling the police.” I couldn’t even backup because there were cars behind me.

Absolutely horrible. Building 11 is a purgatory and Juan is the devil. Hard to understand how a building can be managed with someone so rude and with no manners. Get ready to share your apartment with cockroaches, no matter how much you clean they’ll always be there. Management doesn’t care about you, they’ll make your life hell. The only thing they care about is watching the cameras 24/7. You’ll have one right at your door. That’s right, welcome to big brother purgatory version. Instead of fixing what’s broken and making a pleasant experience for its residents, management will scream at you, be rude and disrespect you and your guests. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. I have been to so many different condos and residential areas in South Florida and this is by far the worst of them all. If you’re considering this place, JUST DON’T. Anywhere, and I mean ANYWHERE will be better than this place.

The community is cozy with tight security. Some would argue that the security is essential for peace of mind but others would say that the long line of cars it creates during rush hour is a real pain. However, once you pass the security check point the buildings look good enough to live at peacefully.
